Research download terms

License version 2026-10-03-v1. Each purchase covers the edition and license selected at checkout: the named Excel workbook(s), companion source CSVs, README and purchased license. These are one-time purchases. Future updates are not included. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes appear at checkout when configured.

Individual license

One named user may use and adapt the authored workbooks for personal or commercial work. You may share resulting reports, conclusions and presentations. Do not distribute copies of the authored workbooks or templates for other people to use.

Unlimited Team license

Unlimited internal users within one purchasing organization may use, share and adapt copies of the authored workbooks. Employees and contractors working internally for that organization are included. Separate client companies, affiliates, portfolio companies and other organizations are not included. Contact us for multi-organization permissions.

Use and sharing

Public product pages and free samples may be shared. Neither license permits publicly distributing or reselling Defense Tech Base's authored workbook/template product. These conditions do not remove rights granted by the original data publishers or restrict underlying public facts. Your delivered license records the selected permissions, user or organization, edition and license version.

LegiScan data is attributed to LegiScan and licensed under CC BY 4.0. Selection, deduplication and formatting are our changes. Retain attribution and license when redistributing LegiScan data.

Upgrading to Team

Use the private receipt for a paid Individual order to upgrade the same edition by paying the difference to the Team price recorded at your original purchase. The Individual purchase is credited once. The upgraded Team license becomes available after verified payment; no new edition or future updates are included. Refunding or disputing the original credited purchase can suspend the upgraded entitlement. For an interrupted or failed upgrade checkout, contact support before paying again.

Scope and decisions

These are dated, selected research records. Coverage limits and source timestamps accompany each pack. Verify current source documents, deadlines, eligibility and legal status before acting. Workbook scores are your inputs; they do not establish market share, current patent ownership, a procurement commitment or a legal obligation.

Delivery and support

After verified payment, your private receipt provides the download link. Keep the receipt and download link private. For failed delivery, corrupt files or contents that do not match the stated edition, contact [email protected] with your order number for replacement or refund. This does not limit applicable statutory rights. Refunded or disputed orders may lose download access.
